Ms. Zimmerman has extensive accounting and financial process improvement professional services experience. In her career with government contractors, Alondra has led multiple service initiatives to develop more efficient accounting and financial reporting solutions. She has assisted organizations improve their financial controls and business processes for increased visibility and reporting. She combines business knowledge with a thorough understanding of what makes people and organizations perform at their highest level. Ms. Zimmerman also brings an inquisitive and thoughtful perspective that drives innovation and improvement for her clients.
Alondra is a regular participant in programs supporting women in consulting and technology. She also has been active in providing education support, guidance and mentoring to minority youth.
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Zimmerman is a growth and results oriented executive with over 25 years of information technology, business process improvement and risk management experience. He has served commercial and public organizations in the Financial Services, Energy and Health Sciences sectors. In his career in the Federal Government, Arthur Andersen, Sage Software and Deloitte, he has successfully guided technology improvement projects, developed financial and technology governance systems, and implemented information risk management strategy, polices and systems. He developed and was national leader of a Project Risk Services offering and regional leader of the IT Audit practice.
Robert has always focused on developing strong teams and mentoring future leaders. As Greater Washington Diversity and Inclusion leader he was instrumental in the development of a diversity support organization in local offices that conduct training, networking and professional development mentoring.
